Enjoy this blend daily during the week before your cycle, to bring a sense of ritual and support your mind and body in this often trying, yet sacred time of the month. We recommend brewing overnight (or at least 4 hours) to capture the full depth of these herbs and adding honey to taste. Though it was formulated with your monthly cycle in mind, this blend is quite delicious and nourishing for any body.

Ingredients: red raspberry leaf, stinging nettle leaf, milky oat tops, lemonbalm leaf, peppermint leaf
As always, our tea blends are made with herbs grown by us using beyond organic growing methods, then dried to perfection within a few months of your enjoyment of them! Any herbs not grown by us are sourced organically and from other small farms in the US when possible.
Comes in an 11 fl oz paper-based canister containing approximately 17 servings of tea. Remove front label and clear plastic top and the rest of the packaging is compostable in your home compost pile. Store out of direct sunlight and in low humidity conditions to prolong shelf life. Dried herbs typically never “go bad” but they will lose potency over time. Consume within 6 months for best quality.

I have been drinking Moon magic (previously Taurus moon) for over a year. I cannot express enough how much this tea means to me.
TLDR: this changed my life, if you have severe menstrual cycles, BUY THIS NOW.
I have suffered from long heavy, painful periods since I was 14. I was put on birth control at 16. Came off of BC when I was 26 and suffered for 8 years of terrible monthly cycles. I’m talking bleeding through super tampons and pads combined. I would fill an entire pad multiple times and it would last for 7 days. I would spend any spare time I could with a heating pad on the couch. The cramps, back aches, tender breasts, fatigue and headaches, I honestly don’t know how I was able to live like that thinking it was normal! I stumbled upon a post that said women loose about 2-4 tablespoon of blood per cycle and I was shook. I had no idea that I was loosing way more than I should’ve. I was anemic taking iron supplements and finally put two and two together.
I went to Rainbow blossom and picked this up on a whim. Since drinking this tea, my periods are a BREEZE!!! It wasn’t immediate but there was definitely a noticeable difference after the first period. I wanna say by the second or third cycle, my periods are light, painless and much shorter like 4 sometimes 5 days. I have zero symptoms besides bleeding. But omg I am soooooooo thankful, grateful and lucky I found this magic tea. I post about it and tell everyone I know. I stay stocked up!
